We are pleased to announce the promotion of Mohamed El-Mahdy and Ibrahim Moustafa to Senior Associates effective January 1, 2021.
Mohamed works in the International Business and Dispute Resolution Groups. He maintains a broad International commercial practice, having handled cases under various institutional rules, including the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL and CRCICA. In addition to his dispute resolution practice, Mohamed advises clients on transactional and corporate matters, drafting and reviewing corporate documents, conducting legal due diligence, establishing companies and advising on general corporate matters.
Ibrahim focuses on corporate and commercial matters. He has acted for leading multinational companies and organizations in different industries including transportation, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and energy helping them in setting up companies, branches and representative offices, as well as organizes board and shareholders’ meetings. Furthermore, Ibrahim assists clients in obtaining corporate and value-added tax cards, opening social insurance files and obtaining industrial permits.
