Mohamed is an associate at Shahid Law Firm’s International Business Law department. Since joining the firm, Mohamed has been assisting clients in a wide range of industries including industrials, constructions, technology and telecommunications, real estate and oil and gas.

Mohamed is an associate at Shahid Law Firm’s International Business Law department. Mohamed joined Shahid Law firm in 2018, after having worked in the Cairo office of one of the world’s largest international law firms.

He has experience advising clients on transactional and corporate matters, drafting and reviewing commercial and corporate documents, conducting legal due diligence, establishing companies and advising on general corporate matters. He also advises clients on dispute avoidance, notably in the fields of construction, maritime and aviation law.

Mohamed advised multinational clients on different corporate restructuring scenarios and was extensively involved in legal due diligence and transaction documents drafting and review.

Mohamed holds an LL.B. (English section) from Ain Shams University, and a Master of Laws degree in Private Law and International Trade Law from Ain Shams University.

He pursued joint post-graduate degrees in law and economics and received an LLM from Hamburg University, and Master of Economics from Cairo University in 2018.
