Shahid Law Firm successfully advised the Egyptian General Co. For Tourism and Hotels “EGOTH” in its negotiation and eventual execution of a EGP 1.4 Billion financing agreement with Al-Sharif Group Holding to develop, furnish and equip the historic Shepherd Hotel, bringing back to life one of Egypt’s iconic hotels following the suspension of its operations in 2013.
