Shahid Law Firm’s international business team advised Vantage Egypt, headed by Mr. Mohamed Halawa, in signing a franchise development agreement with Atlanta fast food chain Arby’s to develop 50 restaurants in Egypt within the coming years.
Shahid Law Firm has previously advised Vantage Egypt in its successful franchise agreement with Papa John’s Pizza in Egypt.
