Alia is an Associate at Shahid Law Firm’s International Business and Dispute Resolution department. She maintains a broad international commercial practice, having handled cases under various institutional rules, including the ICC, DIFC-LCIA, CRCICA, and BCDR. She works on dispute settlement, with a particular focus on corporate and commercial agreements and investor-state disputes. Prior joining Shahid Law, she used to work in one of Cairo’s top tier law firms.
Alia received her LLB from the University of Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne, France, and obtained an LLM in International Trade Law from the University of Turin, Italy.
Alia is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
