#ForeignInvestors Turning to ICSID for MENA Disputes

Foreign hashtaginvestors are increasingly filing cases at The World Bank’s hashtagArbitration Unit to resolve disputes with countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

hashtagEgypt is one of the most frequent nations brought to the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), with most cases relating to contractor concessions revoked by government ministries and entities.
