Mohamed Saad is a highly experienced disputes lawyer with nearly two decades of practice in litigation, dispute resolution, administrative law, regulatory matters, and enforcement proceedings. He represents local and international clients before all levels of the Egyptian courts, including First Instance, Administrative, Economic, and Criminal Courts, handling a broad spectrum of commercial, civil, administrative, labor, regulatory, and criminal disputes.

Mohamed has advised and represented multinational corporations, financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, media and entertainment companies, construction and infrastructure businesses, technology providers, and real estate developers in complex and high-value disputes. His practice also encompasses the enforcement of domestic and foreign judgments and arbitral awards, proceedings relating to the annulment of arbitral awards, public funds investigations, and disputes involving governmental and regulatory authorities.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mohamed regularly advises clients on contractual and commercial matters, including agency, distribution, licensing, investment, concession, lease, financing, and intellectual property agreements. His extensive courtroom experience and practical understanding of commercial realities enable him to provide strategic and commercially focused legal solutions while effectively safeguarding clients’ interests.

Prior to joining Shahid Law Firm, he held legal advisory and governmental positions that provided him with substantial experience in administrative law, public sector matters, regulatory proceedings, and dispute resolution. He also gained extensive exposure to international arbitration, commercial litigation, and court proceedings across various practice areas.

He obtained his LL.B. from Helwan University and is admitted to practice before the Egyptian Bar Association. He is fluent in Arabic and has professional proficiency in English.
