Fahd is a Senior Associate at Shahid Law Firm, specializing in civil, commercial, and arbitration disputes, as well as commercial contracts and matters relating to the enforcement of foreign judgments and international arbitral awards.
He has extensive experience in drafting a wide range of agreements across various sectors, including real estate, intellectual property, and automotive matters. Fahd has represented clients before all levels of the Egyptian courts and has acted against several major multinational corporations.
Fahd holds an LL.B. from Cairo University (2010). He also obtained a Diploma in Private Law (2016) and a Diploma in Civil Law (2017) from Ain Shams University, both of which are equivalent to a Master’s degree in Private Law from Ain Shams University.
