Farida is a member of Shahid Law’s Corporate, Commercial and M&A’s team. She focuses on assisting clients across a broad range of corporate transactions, including corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and general commercial matters.
She regularly assists with transactional due diligence, prepares and reviews key corporate and commercial documents—such as share purchase agreements and shareholders’ agreements—and supports clients through all stages of the deal cycle. Farida is also involved in drafting board resolutions, corporate filings, and other regulatory documents required for ongoing compliance and corporate maintenance.
Farida holds a Master 2 in Comparative Law form Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Master 1 in International and European Business law from the Institut de Droit des Affaires Internationales (IDAI) – Cairo University. She graduated with double diplomas, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Egyptian Law and a Maîtrise in French Law.
