Associate

Perlina is an Associate in the International Business and Dispute Resolution department at Shahid Law Firm. Prior to joining the firm, Perlina trained at global law firms in Paris, where she focused on international arbitration, commercial litigation, and construction law, with particular emphasis on both commercial and investment disputes.

Perlina has been involved in handling cases for private companies, investors, and sovereign states in international arbitration proceedings under the rules of major arbitral institutions, including ICC, CRCICA, and ICSID.

Perlina is fluent in Arabic, French, and English, and has proficiency in Spanish.

 

Perlina is admitted to the Egyptian Bar and is also qualified to practice before French courts after passing the Paris Bar exam.

Perlina holds a master’s degree in Comparative business law and a master’s degree in international and European Business Law from the University Paris I – Pantheon Sorbonne. She also earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Egyptian and French law from Cairo University and the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, respectively.
