Before re-joining the firm in 2018, she served as Legal Affairs Manager at Gemini Egypt Holding for Financial Investments, a company under the Sawiris family office. In that role, she managed high-profile transactions across various sectors, including financial services, real estate development, and tourism. Notably, she advised on the landmark sale of a majority stake in Egypt’s leading microfinance institution, Reefy for Microfinance Services, to CI Capital. Additionally, she played a key role in the acquisition of the majority stake in M.M.
