Maha is a licensed (State Bar Berlin, Germany)attorney and a member of Shahid’s Law International Business and Dispute Resolution team.
Since her practice in Egypt and joining Shahid Law Firm in 2016, Maha has been representing clients in disputes involving FIDIC construction agreements. She is also involved in general corporate work such as company formation and licensing, commercial contract drafting and general legal investment consultation.
Maha received her law degree from the Humboldt-University of Berlin and attended the International and Comparative Law (LL.M.) Program at the American University of Cairo. She passed her judicial service at the Regional Court Berlin.
