Shahid Law Firm successfully settled a labor dispute over the distribution of a company’s profits between a major manufacturing company with a large workforce and its union committee.

Shahid Law Firm’s Managing Associate Rasha Maurice headed the negotiations with the union committee on behalf of the company’s management, and secured the union’s agreement to comply with the provisions of the Companies Law and its Executive Regulations, which govern the employees’ entitlement to a share in the company’s profits.
